Alicia has been an established stylist for over 21 years in the Richmond, Virginia area while catering to the needs of all different ethnic groups. Along with Michelle Smith, Before and After Hair Salon has been a cornerstone of the Fan District business community since April of 2002.

She specializes in custom weave installations, cutting, updos, highlighting, and also Keratin treatments . It has been a passion of Alicia's, over the years, to attend to brides and ensure they feel and look as beautiful as they desire on their special day. Her devotion to her clients, over the years, has allowed her to develop special bonds and lifetime memories with each of them.

While being a stylist has been her primary occupation, she developed an interest in real estate over the years. Being a licensed realtor allows her to assist others with achieving their lifelong dream of home ownership. The field of real estate has connected her with a means to help the community through her support of increased home ownership to assist redevelopment.
